Jack Novatney advises Corinthian Development Company on real estate strategy, site evaluation and acquisition. Mr. Novatney has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed and implemented national and regional expansion plans for international clients, including Tesla Motors, Tesco PLC, and American Girl Brands, among others. His responsibilities have incorporated market planning and expansion strategy; site selection; financial analysis of capital and operating economics; and negotiation of lease and purchase transactions. Mr. Novatney’s real estate experience includes more than a decade of managing real estate transactions at Staubach Retail (subsequently SRS Real Estate Partners), as well as serving in development and corporate real estate roles with The Walt Disney Company, Sony Corporation of America, and Trammell Crow Company. He earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in American Civilization from Brown University.
